1. Where does My, Oh Mai Bawdy, LLC ship?
We currently only ship within the United States at this moment. Once we have the opportunity to expand shipping internationally, we will.
2. Is My, Oh Mai Bawdy, LLC safe to use?
Absolutely! We are legalized and approved under the state of Iowa. All products are natural, handmade with love, vegetarian friendly, and cruelty free. During production, and packaging, we are taking the necessary precautions to remain sanitary. Some of our products contain tree nuts, like Shea Butter. Please patch test our products before using all over the body. Our products do not contain any preservatives.
3.How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirming your purchase and for shipping. The second email is where you will find your tracking number. We will always ship with USPS Priority.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
1-10 processing days, Approximately 1-3 business days (Priority Shipping)
*Keep in mind, due to the pandemic it has delayed shipping. We are not responsible for shipping misinformation, or after the product is sent to USPS (lost/ stolen packages)*
If you placed an order from Monday- Wednesday before 12pm, your order will be processed for shipping the same day. Orders placed on Thursday's and weekends will be shipped that following Monday. We want to make sure your package arrives to you as quickly as possible. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
5. Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our product and sanitary purposes, we will not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item is damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the package, at support@myohmaibawdy.com. Please also provide order number, extensive photos and videos of the damage. So that we can properly access the the situation and cater to the problem to find a solution.
6. What if I forgot to put my apartment number or input the wrong address?
ANY form of an invalid address (including missing apt./suite #, incorrect house/street number, incorrect zip code, etc) WILL BE INSTANTLY canceled. We can not GUARANTEE correction of addresses, therefore, please be sure to input the CORRECT ADRESS UPON CHECKOUT. Once put back on the website, you will have the option to repurchase with the correct address, however the item(s) will not be held for you for repurchase.
7. Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel you order, as long as you contact us WITHIN 24 hours and your order has not been shipped. Please contact support@myohmaibawdy.com with your order number, and we’ll be more than happy to process your cancellation
8. What happens if my bawdy butter arrives melted?
Our natural products are sensitive to temperatures in warm to extreme heat, the consistency of our whipped bawdy butters may alter and soften. We assure you, that even though the consistency has changed, the moisturizing elements and properties remain the same. During the summer months, we package our bawdy butters in cool shield thermal bubble wrap along with a reusable gel ice pack to decrease the risk of melting.
Refunds will not be issued if the product melts. Please be cognizant of the package's arrival to avoid products sitting in heat for a duration of time.
9. What happens if my bawdy butter sugar scrub bar is slightly melted?
Please note, that even though there is a vegan wax in our scrub bar, cocoa butter and shea butter will begin to melt in high heat. Our natural products are sensitive to temperatures in warm to extreme heat. However, if it does begin to melt, simply place your bawdy butter scrub bar or bawdy butter in the refrigerator.
Refunds will not be issued if the product melts. Please be cognizant of the package's arrival to avoid products sitting in heat for a duration of time.
10. Do I need to keep my bawdy butter/sugar scrub bar in the fridge?
Upon arrival we advise you to refrigerate your bawdy butter/scrub bar. Once completely cooled, it’s your own personal preference if you’d like to keep it in the fridge or not. You absolutely can keep your bawdy butter/scrub bar in the fridge if you like! Our only suggestion is that you store your products in a cool dry area.
